STAMINA: The best juice for Vinyasa Flow
For a dynamic style of yoga like vinyasa, you’re going to want a juice that will keep you going through those relentless rounds of chaturanga! This beetroot based recipe is ideal for boosting stamina. This vibrant veg packs a powerhouse of nutrients (including vitamin C, fiber, potassium, folate and antioxidants). Studies have shown that drinking beetroot juice increases your stamina during intense workouts, by supplying the body with a dose of nitrates.

1 large beetroot
1 inch of ginger
1 large orange
4 carrots

HYDRATION: The best juice for Bikram and Hot Yoga
The detoxifying properties of hot yoga rely on keeping well hydrated to flush out those toxins. That’s why a green juice, cram packed with super hydrating fruit and vegetables, is the ideal partner for before or after your sweaty yoga class. Water dense and detoxifying ingredients like cucumber, celery, apple, lemon and kale are ticking all the boxes in this refreshing recipe!

3 leaves kale, de-stemmed
3 stalks celery
1 green apple
1 medium cucumber

ENERGY: The best juice for Power Yoga
To give you the energy and endurance you’ll need to take on a power yoga class, we’ve chosen a nutrient rich smoothie. This one is packed full of good fats like avocado and nut butter to keep you going to the very end. Meanwhile the coconut water, which contains natural electrolytes, is ideal for rehydration.

1 pear
1 avocado
2 cups spinach
1 tbsp coconut butter or almond butter
